Soya Sushi Bar is a fast-growing, modern fast-casual sushi restaurant in Doral, FL, and we’re looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead our front and back-of-house teams. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with at least one year of leadership experience in a restaurant setting who’s ready to take the next step in their hospitality career.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Supervising FOH & BOH staff and maintaining a positive, productive team culture

• Managing daily service flow, staffing, and shift scheduling

• Delivering top-tier guest experiences and resolving service concerns quickly and professionally

• Enforcing health, safety, and food hygiene standards

• Supporting inventory control, reporting, and achieving daily sales targets

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisor or assistant manager role

• Valid Florida Food Safety Manager Certification (required)

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to lead a team with positivity and accountability

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

• Must live in or near Doral, FL, and have full-time availability
