Superintendent Data Center Construction Electrical

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Superintendent to lead field execution on a Hyperscale Data Center project in Haskell, TX. This role is responsible for day-to-day site leadership, ensuring safe, high-quality, and on-schedule delivery of complex mission-critical electrical systems.
You will serve as the primary field leader, coordinating crews, subcontractors, and trade partners while working closely with project teams, client representatives, and general contractors to drive successful project outcomes from mobilization through commissioning and turnover.

Key Responsibilities
Lead on-site execution of large-scale data center electrical construction
Manage daily field operations, work sequencing, manpower, and productivity
Enforce strict safety standards, quality control, and compliance
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and other trades
Drive schedule adherence and support milestone delivery
Review drawings, specs, and constructability with project leadership
Support commissioning, testing, and turnover activities
Mentor foremen and field crews to build strong project teams
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in electrical construction, with Superintendent-level field leadership
5+ years of data center or mission-critical project experience
Strong knowledge of power distribution, switchgear, UPS, generators, and grounding systems
Proven ability to lead large field teams in fast-paced environments
Excellent communication, planning, and coordination skills
Proficient with construction documentation and scheduling tools
OSHA 30 required; electrical license preferred
Willingness to travel full-time as required
