SUMMARY: We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Production Supervisor to lead and oversee shift operations. This role is responsible for ensuring production goals are met safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production staff on assigned shift

Ensure efficient operation of blow molding machines

Monitor production schedules, adjust staffing or machinery as needed

Enforce safety policies and procedures; maintain a clean and organized work environment

Train, coach, and evaluate team members to ensure high performance

Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate as needed

Maintain accurate production and downtime records

Ensure quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process

Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to resolve issues

Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices

Requirements:

Qualifications:

3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (plastic packaging preferred)

Working knowledge of blow molding, injection molding, or extrusion processes is a plus

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Proficient with basic computer systems (e.g., ERP, MS Office)

Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, or overtime as required
