Job Overview

Our client is looking to add an experienced, senior-level, Project Manager to their team. This would focus on large loss reconstruction projects.

Open to relocation Plenty of upward mobility and opportunity to work into upper management and beyond.

Project managers are responsible for planning and oversight of projects to ensure they are being completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Project managers plan and prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way. This is all done within the confines of a company's goals and vision.

This is not a standard desk job - Time at your desk is about 10% and the remaining time is out in the field meeting with customers, adjusters, vendors/suppliers, and visiting jobsites completing quality control. We are looking for someone that has experience in effective time-management with the same type of role and proven capability of producing revenue with high gross margins and superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.

Determine and define project scope and objectives.

Develop a detailed project schedule and work plan requirements.

Prepare and adhere to budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.

Predict resources needed to reach objectives in an effective and efficient manner.

Work closely with the estimator and tracks project costs in order to meet budget.

Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.

Manage contracts with insurance adjusters, subcontractors, vendors and suppliers.

Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.

Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.

Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

Ensure compliance with industry and safety standards as a priority.

Available to team members and customers as required.

Use assigned company vehicle (in accordance with company policies) for travel to existing and potential customer and business settings.

Other duties as defined by management.

Help out on job sites when needed.

Strong knowledge of software tools including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Encircle, Dynamics, Xactimate etc.

Strong knowledge of OSHA safety requirements

Qualifications

5 years or more of experience in construction/rebuild management

Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

Valid drivers license is required for employment

Ability to lead and develop teams
