We are currently hiring Customer Support & Internal Records Coordinators to assist with our remote business operations. This position combines customer communication responsibilities with internal records coordination tasks. As part of this role, you will communicate with customers through inbound calls and written messages. In addition to customer support duties, you will manage internal records coordination tasks. These include entering new information, reviewing records for accuracy, updating files as necessary, and organizing digital documentation. This remote position follows structured workflows and established procedures. Training materials and detailed instructions will be provided during onboarding. While you will work independently, you will maintain regular communication with supervisors through online tools for guidance and feedback.
