Job Description*:

Strong knowledge on Genesys Cloud IVR Developer and Dialer SME

Looking for a candidate with Genesys Cloud expertise including IVR call flow development and design, omni-channel integration, bot development, and CRM integration (Salesforce preferred).

Must have experience in dialer campaign configuration, Building agentless, preview and predictive campaigns. Should be expertise in VUI design, and Visio-based documentation.

The ideal candidate should possess analytical skills to optimize call flows and interpret contact center reports, along with basic JavaScript knowledge for scripting and logic development.

Should have knowledge on Voice AI capabilities in Genesys Cloud
