Job Title: Dining Services Staff/Drivers

Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable and dedicated Dining Services team members to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent dining services to our residents, including set up, meal service, and clean up. The Dining Services Staff will also be responsible for delivering meals to residents and other locations as needed. In addition, the candidate will participate in resident engagement activities and attend mandatory team meetings and training courses.

Responsibilities:

• Set up dining service and ensure that all tables are properly arranged.

• Serve meals to residents in a courteous and professional manner.

• Collect trays and clean up dining room after meals.

• Deliver meals to residents in their rooms and other locations as needed.

• Participate in resident engagement activities and assist with planning and organizing events.

• Attend mandatory team meetings and training courses.

• Comply with all Assisted Living policies and procedures set forth by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, including CPR training.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver’s license required and clean driving record (Drivers)

Must pass a CORI (criminal background check)
