Registered Nurse - Baylor, 8 Tower PCU, Full time, Nights

Utilizing the Nursing Process (Assessment, Planning, Nursing Diagnosis, Implementation and Evaluation) provides and documents professional nursing care to patients in accordance with the treatment plan and established SRH and Nursing Policies and Standard Work.

Coordinates and delegates the care with/to other professionals and ancillary personnel.

Communicates findings as indicated to appropriate person(s). Utilizes de-escalation and Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) techniques.

Performs any other job related duties as requested by Nurse Manager or Director.

Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.

ADN degree.

BLS certified.
