We are interested in an energetic individual who is willing to learn, work and have fun while positively contributing to the growth of the company.
Specifically, we are seeking individuals with (or even without) administrative assistant experience.
The job involves:
Scheduling classes for students
Coordination between parents and instructors
Timesheet management
Some Data entry work
Handling customer enquiries Candidate must be available to work from Secaucus NJ as per the following schedule:
Monday to Fridays from 3 pm to 8 pm and Saturdays from 9 am to 2 pm.
This is a part-time job with estimated work hours between 20-25 hrs per week.
