I'm looking to hire a licensed practical nurse for part time contract work. The job is to take care of my mom. She has dementia and is 86. She lives in Merrick, New York.
Scope of work includes :
Administration of medications at different times of the day
Assistance with cpap machine
Assistance with OT and PT assignments
Attend OT and PT appointments
Implementation of nutrition plan
