What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Deploy, configure, and test products in both Ribbon and customer environments

Develop and automate processes for software deployment and system failure mitigation

Work closely with Federal customers and internal teams to ensure successful product introductions

Quickly learn and apply new skills to address customer challenges

Travel at least 50% of the time to customer sites

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred

U.S. Federal Security Clearance Secret Level Required

DoD 8570/8140 certification

Minimum of 5 years of experience with virtualization and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)

Strong understanding of IP network architecture, SIP protocols, and scripting knowledge (Ansible/Python or equivalent)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with Ribbon/Genband/Sonus applications such as Application Server, EMS/RAMP, and SBC

Proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion while understanding escalation points

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Solid written and verbal communication skills with a history of collaboration across teams
