JOB SUMMARY

The Maintenance Engineer performs work to maintain the property and equipment. Duties may involve carpentry, painting, plumbing, and repairing equipment, buildings, floors, and furniture

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND REPSONSIBILITIES

Smile, acknowledge, and greet guests in passing in hallways and public areas

Respond to maintenance tickets/requests promptly

Fulfill maintenance work orders in a timely manner to maintain guest satisfaction

Complete maintenance activities including but not limited to plunging toilets, unclogging drains, repairing hardware, plumbing, electrical equipment, HVAC systems, tilling, painting and wall surface repairs.

Maintain the maintenance, safety and cleanliness of guest rooms, grounds, pool and exercise room

Communicate with other departments regarding guest room conditions such as out of order rooms

Complete daily shift check lists

Other duties as assigned
