Customer Support Representative (Contract to Hire)
Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid )
Job Type: 6–12 month contract-to-hire
Pay: $19.00–$19.16/hour

Responsibilities
Addressing incoming phone calls with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
Providing support on cash management products, online services, and general financial inquiries.
Contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Multi-tasking and adjusting quickly to changes in a busy financial service center.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
6 months–2 years of professional experience (internships count)
Customer service experience in a call center environment with high-volume inbound and/or outbound calls
Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple calls efficiently while maintaining professionalism
