Server Assistant

At Meduza Mediterranean Steakhouse, the Serving Assistant plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience. This position supports the service team by ensuring tables are properly set, food and beverages are promptly delivered, and guest needs are anticipated and met with professionalism and warmth. The Serving Assistant works closely with servers, bartenders, and management to maintain smooth operations, uphold our fine-dining standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

Requirements

Assist servers with delivering food, beverages, and tableware to guests.

Maintain clean and organized tables, stations, and dining areas.

Refill water, bread, and other table amenities as needed.

Support in resetting tables efficiently between seatings.

Communicate guest needs to servers or management promptly.

Ensure all service areas are stocked and ready for service.

Follow Meduza's standards for presentation, timing, and guest interaction.
