JOB TITLE: Subject Matter Expert
REPORTS TO: Operations Supervisor
JOB SUMMARY: The SME will participate in performance development and other supportive and
administrative duties
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide formal and informal performance feedback to individuals and the team
as directed
Perform administrative tasks
Participate in leadership development training
Guide employees’ development through career progression
KEY COMPETENCIES:
Must have mastered proficiencies of Customer Service Associate (Voice, Email etc)
Experience in staff interactions and improvement methods/projects (e.g., coaching, quality,
productivity) – Preferred but not required
Demonstrated leadership skills
PC skills (Word/Excel)
Proven ability to provide superior customer service
Strong interpersonal skills at both and individual and team level
Written and verbal communication skills
Adaptable and able to move with change while maintaining a positive attitude
Exemplary coaching/motivational skills at both an individual and team level
