DCS Packer Lead – 77032

Packing and crating lead/coordinator ($23-$25)

Monday – Friday 7am-4pm (needs to be flexible as in many cases they do not leave until the work is done.)

This position calls for a highly motivated candidate with export packing experience. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual. We need a leader who is willing to put in the work and grow within the organization. This candidate needs to be coachable and have a great can-do attitude. • Minimum 2 years packing coordinator experience

• Vast knowledge of general cargo packing and export packing types

• Able to perform in a high demand environment

• Proficient in general WMS systems

• Able to take direction from management and operations and execute the expectation

• Able to lead and give team direction

• Possess good leadership qualities

• Able to or learn to quote packing jobs

• Organized record keeping

• Motivated

• Good communication skills

• Punctual
