Material Handler / Packer: Delavan, Wisconsin

Our client in Delavan, Wisconsin is seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join their team as a Material Handler - Packer. This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth handling of raw materials, inventory control, and packing for shipment.

Responsibilities of the Material Handler / Packer:

Receive and verify all raw materials and packages (UPS/FedEx) against purchase orders

Inspect raw materials and issue RIR tags; request additional inspections if needed

Use forklift, combi lift, and manual carts to move materials to appropriate areas

Operate saws and handle move tickets for raw materials

Manually wash manufactured parts using solvent, air hose, degreaser, and spinner

Pack parts for shipment as assigned, and move material using forklifts

Assist with maintaining inventory control and collaborate with Quality Assurance for daily inspections

Material Handler / Packer Requirements and Qualifications:

2+ years of warehouse experience

Forklift experience and certification preferred

Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and data entry systems (ERP, Microsoft Office)

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and time management

Physical ability to regularly sit, stand, stoop, crouch, and lift materials

Ability to read and interpret documents, blueprints, and instructions in English

Must exhibit integrity, accountability, and adherence to safety and quality standards

Pay: $17-$20/hour
