Job Description

· Responsible for leading 3 project managers in the construction of retrofit projects for commercial buildings

· Will lead and mentor the team, oversee safety, schedules and budgets while maintaining strong customer relationships to resolve issues

Key Requirements

10+ years of commercial construction management experience

Leadership/mentoring experience

Commercial or HVAC or electrical or general construction experience
