POSITION SUMMARY

The Maintenance Manager is responsible of managing and participating in the implementation and execution of the factory asset maintenance programme aimed to eliminate unplanned stops and optimise maintenance cost and as a result increase asset intensity. .

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

Oversee planned maintenance activities, ensuring timely execution and high-quality standards.

Implement and sustain maintenance methodologies, AMM system usage, and compliance with applicable standards.

Manage maintenance budgets by providing input, tracking performance, and addressing variances.

Develop team capabilities through technical training, competence-building plans, and engineering methodologies.

Support production in resolving quality, safety, and chronic technical issues using AM pillar practices.

Ensure maintenance of ATTEX zones and adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.

WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering required.

A Master’s in HRM, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.

Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering management within maintenance, industrial services, or E&A, preferably in an FMCG manufacturing environment.

Proven ability to work in multifunctional teams and contribute to projects such as capital investments and DMAIC initiatives.

Professional qualifications or certifications in maintenance or engineering practices are desirable.
