1st Shift: $18.00/hr.

2nd Shift: $18.35/hr.

3rd Shift: $18.50/hr.

Press Operators / Forging Operators

1st Shift: $21.00/hr.

2nd Shift: $21.35/hr.

3rd Shift: $21.50/hr.

Furnace Technician

Pay: $20.00–$22.00/hr. (based on experience)

Material Handler

All Shifts: $17.00/hr.

Inspectors

1st Shift: $18.00/hr.

2nd Shift: $18.35/hr.

3rd Shift: $18.50/hr.

Sorters

1st Shift: $18.00/hr.

2nd Shift: $18.35/hr.

3rd Shift: $18.50/hr.

Furnace Loader / Unloader

1st Shift: $18.00/hr.

2nd Shift: $18.35/hr.

3rd Shift: $18.50/hr.Job Descriptions

Machine Operators

Operate metal forming machinery to produce high-quality parts. Responsibilities include machine setup, monitoring production, and ensuring safety standards are met.

Press Operators / Forging Operators

Run forging and press machines to shape metal components. Requires attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adherence to safety protocols.

Furnace Technician

Maintain and operate industrial furnaces used in metal forming processes. Monitor temperature controls, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot issues.

Material Handler

Transport raw materials and finished products throughout the facility using forklifts or other equipment. Ensure accurate inventory and safe handling practices.

Inspectors

Perform quality checks on metal parts to ensure compliance with specifications. Use measuring tools and document inspection results.

Sorters

Sort and organize metal components based on size, type, and quality. Assist in maintaining workflow efficiency.

Furnace Loader / Unloader

Load and unload metal parts into furnaces for heat treatment. Follow safety guidelines and maintain production schedules.Requirements

At least 2-5 years of Press Operating Experience

At Least 2-5 years of Furnace technician Experience

At least 1 year of working in a manufacturing/warehouse environment

High School Diploma/GED
