We have and excellent opportunity for a Contractor and Company Driver Recruiting Processor with the ability to meet or exceed WFX recruiting and retention expectations.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Process Driver Applications checking for accuracy, DOT compliance and Safety policy standards
Request and process verifications of previous employment
Multi-tasking, time management, prioritizing skills needed
Computer: Excel and phone skills
Travel booking preferred not required)
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED, Associates degree or higher preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail
Basic computer applications experience, including MS Office
Experience using Tenstreet Software or comparable ATS tools will be a big plus
Excellent verbal & written communication skills, including a professional phone presence and efficient data entry
Has the initiative to exceed expectations with minimal supervision
Able to occasionally work extended hours, including weekends when needed
