Corali Production Manager – 2nd Shift

Job Description

Tree Brand Packaging is hiring a hands-on Corali Production Manager (2nd Shift) to lead operations on our automated Corali pallet assembly line. This role owns safety, quality, output, uptime, people leadership, and production data accuracy for second shift operations.

Responsibilities

· Lead 2nd shift Corali production operations

· Own safety, quality, output, and uptime

· Supervise operators and shift leads

· Coordinate with Maintenance on downtime and repairs

· Enforce standard work and training

· Track production, scrap, downtime, and labor metrics

· Ensure accurate data entry in Mill Manager / Zira

· Verify tags, scans, and reporting before shift end

· Conduct shift handoff with 1st shift leadership

· Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

· 3+ years manufacturing or production leadership experience

· Experience in automated or industrial environments

· Strong leadership and communication skills

· Comfortable working second shift

· Safety-, quality-, and data-driven mindset

Preferred (Not Required)

· Experience with Corali or similar automated equipment

· Wood products, pallet, or industrial manufacturing background

· Basic mechanical or troubleshooting skills
