Position Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic and dependable Packing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is motivated, efficient, and takes pride in their work. You’ll be responsible for accurately packaging printed materials and finished products, ensuring everything leaves our facility looking professional and ready for our customers.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy, working with a positive team, and takes initiative to keep things moving quickly and smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately pack printed materials and finished products according to job specifications.

Review job tickets, identify packing specifications, and ensure correct materials.

Inspect items for quality and completeness before packaging.

Maintain an organized and efficient packing area.

Communicate with production and shipping teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Proactive attitude, solutions-oriented mindset and ability to “get the job done” efficiently, quickly, and with a positive demeanor.

Handle products safely and follow all company safety guidelines.

Support other production areas when needed.Requirements:

Qualifications

Previous experience in a production, fulfillment, or packaging environment is required.

Strong attention to detail and time management.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Dependable, self-motivated, and positive attitude.

Team player who takes pride in a job well done.

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Forklift truck experience a definite plus.
