Job Description

Relay Recruiting is proud to partner with a New York–based, family-owned financial planning firm known for its strong work ethic, excellent reputation, and steady growth.

This is a high-integrity, high-accountability environment where people take pride in their work, value professionalism, and genuinely support one another. There is real room to grow here for someone who enjoys being a trusted right hand, cares deeply about accuracy and follow-through, and wants to build a long-term career in a support or paraplanning function.

This is not a fast-track path to a lead advisor role, and it’s not a fit for someone who needs constant direction or prefers loose structure. It is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative, disciplined environment, is comfortable supporting high-net-worth clients, and wants to grow alongside a respected, hard-working firm.

Financial Planning Assistant / Paraplanner

(Junior or Senior Level)

Full-Time Hybrid (2 Days In-Office)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Financial Planning Associate / Paraplanner to support a growing financial advisory practice. This role is open at two levels and will be scoped based on experience. We are equally open to hiring a Junior Financial Planning Associate who is early in their career and eager to learn, or a Senior Paraplanner who can step in and take ownership quickly.

This is a true support role within a collaborative advisory team serving high-net-worth clients, with a strong emphasis on professionalism, accountability, and follow-through.

Role Scope
