TSUGAMI Screw Machine Operator

Location: Houston, TXPay Rate: $24$25/hr (based on experience)

Alltex is currently seeking a skilled TSUGAMI Screw Machine Operator to support precision manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in Swiss-type CNC machining and a strong understanding of TSUGAMI equipment.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate TSUGAMI screw machines to produce high-precision components

Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and specifications

Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues

Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools

Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety standards Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience operating TSUGAMI or similar Swiss-type CNC machines

Must have steel-toe shoes

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines

Familiarity with G-code and CNC programming is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Schedule:

Monday -Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Overtime available on an as-needed basis Benefits:
