The firm is seeking an experienced Removal Defense Attorney to lead EOIR litigation, manage an active docket, and help shape the growth of their removal defense practice.
What You’ll DoLead representation in immigration court (master & individual hearings)Prepare motions, briefs, evidence, and case strategyAdvise clients and conduct legal researchHandle appeals and motions to reopen/reconsider(Occasional) Attend USCIS interviews & support affirmative cases when neededCollaborate with remote paralegals and the managing attorney What You Bring5+ years’ removal defense/EOIR experience (required)Strong courtroom confidence and litigation resultsAbility to manage filings and a busy court docket independentlyActive U.S.
