Job ResponsibilitiesPerform electromechanical assembly by reviewing instructions, blueprints, and parts listsSupport assembly and material handling tasks, including:• Moving, staging, and delivering materials to workstations• Operating pallet jacks, carts, and other equipment• Assisting with kitting, labeling, and organizing production parts• Ensuring inventory accuracy through proper documentation and scanningComplete assembly, repair, and rework tasks as requiredFollow written work instructions and enter data into production systemsConduct quality inspections and record results in production/quality formsMaintain safety standards and adhere to all manufacturing proceduresMonitor and maintain inventory levelsCollaborate effectively within a team and communicate clearlyDemonstrate ownership, motivation, and accountability in daily tasks Basic QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalentAbility to work the full shift plus occasional overtimeStrong attention to detailComfortable using computers, software, and performing data entryAbility to lift 30 lbsWillingness to perform repetitive tasks (sitting or standing)Strong teamwork and communication skillsAbility to work in a mechanical setting with power tools Interested candidates can apply directly or send their resume for immediate consideration.
