We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Engineering Technician to support our engineering teams in daily lab operations, sample preparation, and general engineering tasks.
This role is ideal for someone early in their technical career who is eager to learn directly from experienced engineers, build strong fundamentals in semiconductor analysis, and grow into specialized engineering teams over time.
Role Overview As an Engineering Technician, you will work closely with engineers to support lab operations.
Your responsibilities will include sample preparation, tool support, documentation, and general engineering assistance, with increasing responsibility as your skills develop.

Key Responsibilities Support engineering teams with sample preparation for electron microscopy and materials analysisAssist with daily operation, setup, and basic maintenance of lab tools and equipmentPerform general engineering and laboratory tasks, including tool checks, material handling, and data organizationFollow standard operating procedures (SOPs)Maintain a clean, organized, and safe lab environment Qualifications Required High school diploma, GED, or equivalentWillingness to learn hands-on lab and engineering skillsBasic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, documentation tools) Preferred AA, AS, or AAS in electronics, mechanical engineering, materials science, or a related fieldExposure to semiconductor manufacturing, materials science, or laboratory environmentsExperience with sample preparation, microscopy labs, or cleanroom workBasic mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation experienceAbility to read and follow technical manuals or SOPs Career Growth & Development This role is designed as a development position.
