Support with administrative activities in inbound processing

Support with error analyses in CaptureFlow processing

Receiving fault reports and tickets and forwarding them to the second level or responsible specialist departments

Assisting with the creation and updating of documentation and training materials

Support in the implementation of IT tests including logging of results

Creation of reports, statistics and database evaluations

Documentation, maintenance, servicing and support in ensuring the ongoing operation of services and applicationsYour profile

Training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience desirable

Good knowledge of development with an object-oriented programming language such as Java, C# or C++ an advantage

Confident handling of Office applications Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Analytical thinking and abstraction skills when independently familiarizing yourself with the technology and facts of the application environment

Willingness to work in a team, willingness to communicate and cooperate, assertiveness and creativity in developing new solutions
