Job Title: Picking and Packing Associate

Location: Wind gap, PA

Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour

Schedule: Sunday to Wednesday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Summary:

Partners Personnel is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Picking and Packing Associates to join our team. In this role, you will help ensure accurate order fulfillment and maintain efficient warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Pick and pack orders accurately according to company guidelines.

Inspect products for quality and ensure proper packaging.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.

Assist with inventory management as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
