Job Description

The Role:

As a Campaign Designer, youll craft end-to-end lifecycle communications that inform, engage, and convert from copy to layout across email, push, and in-app channels. You'll bring campaign briefs to life with on-brand, action-driven messages that strengthen user trust and engagement.

Core Responsibilities

Write, design, and assemble lifecycle campaign assets (email, push, in-app).

Create visually appealing, mobile-first templates using established brand components.

Craft simple, action-oriented copy aligned with campaign goals and tone.

Implement and test templates using marketing automation tools (Klaviyo, CleverTap, MoEngage, or similar ESPs).

Conduct meticulous quality checks for links, personalization, and rendering.

Maintain a shared library of reusable templates and design components.

Collaborate with the Campaign Analyst on segmentation, targeting, and logic.

Propose creative A/B tests and improvements based on performance insights.

Creative Production

Proficient in Figma, Canva, or similar tools for fast, high-quality layout creation.

Strong sense of hierarchy, spacing, and visual clarity design that drives action.

Excellent command of English, Tagalog, and Taglish copywriting, adaptable from transactional to promotional tones.

Understanding of how visuals and words work together to maximize conversions.

Execution & Quality Assurance

Experienced in setting up and testing templates in tools like MoEngage, Klaviyo, or CleverTap.

Detail-oriented double-checks links, personalization tags, and rendering across devices.

Thrives in a fast-paced, iterative environment with a commitment to excellence

Ideal Profile:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field.

3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, customer analytics, CRM strategy or advance data anlytics field.

Strong SQL and Excel skills; familiarity with Python, R, Looker is a plus.

Experience analyzing funnels, LTV, churn, and customer journey stages.

Familiarity with statistical testing methods (e.g., A/B, lift, significance testing).

Excellent communication skills; able to convey complex findings in a business-friendly format.

Highly curious, self-driven, and passionate about making decisions backed by data.
