Job Title: Technical Lead-React JS

Years Of Experience: 8 to 12 Years

Key Responsibilities

Lead development of web applications using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks.

Manage and mentor front-end developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.

Implement reusable components and maintain code quality through reviews.

Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.

Roles & Responsibilities

Required Skills

Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.

Experience in client-facing roles and team leadership.

Knowledge of state management libraries (Redux, Context API).

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with back-end services.

Understanding of responsive design principles and UI/UX best practices.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Next.js or similar frameworks.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker).

Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
