Job Description

We are seeking dedicated General Assemblers to join our team. General Assemblers are responsible for assembling various parts and components using hand and power tools. The role requires the ability to read blueprints and obtain necessary materials for the assembly processes.

This job offer is conditioned upon the applicant providing:

Pass a pre-employment drug test.

Note: Required prior to officially accepting the position. Another drug test will be conducted 7 to 10 days after beginning employment, and random drug tests will be conducted in the future. If you fail a drug test, you will not be allowed to stay in company housing and will need to find your own way out of Wisconsin.

Requirements:

Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

Experience in mechanical assembly and repair.

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
