Responsibilities

Learning and Training Coordinator is responsible for delivering learning and development to new and existing employees according to developed training programs. Supports colleagues to grow through continuous learning and ensures both class and online training programs are delivered.

Provide onboarding trainings, introductions to newly hired employees

Deliver group and individual trainings covering a range of technical, operational, and/or management areas in a specified field

Coordinate and manage EBS Academy program, including development of learning framework, managing upskilling programs, handling related administrative tasks, coordinating facilitators, and facilitating training sessions

Prepare development materials for classroom, online or electronic trainings

Maintain the training matrix: monitor learning schedule, timely training delivery, administrate registrations/cancellations, track attendance, initiate updates

Monitor and analyze market trends in learning and development to ensure training initiatives remain current and impactful. Proactively deliver relevant training sessions that reflect evolving industry practices and organizational needs

Coordinate smooth training administration process, including registration in the system, movement between different systems, reporting, and ensuring the overall efficiency of training-related administrative tasks within the EBS

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by assessing the extent to which acquired skills and knowledge are applied in the workplace, ensuring alignment with performance and behavioral objectives

Demonstrate Yara’s values by fostering a safe, inclusive, and compliant work environment, adhering to Health & Safety policies, security principles, and Ethics & Compliance standards.

Profile

Relevant degree-level education (L&D, HR etc.) and/or equivalent (3 years) work experience in a similar role

Training facilitation experience - ability to facilitate, conduct trainings

Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences, adapting content and delivery to suit varying levels of expertise

Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques

Experience in navigating and managing learning management systems to facilitate employee learning and compliance

A proactive, self-driven mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving

Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)

Detail-oriented with strong sense of discipline

Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication

Offered Salary

We offer salary from 2605 Eur to 3908 Eur/month gross (before taxes, final offer depends on candidate's competence).
