Litigation Associate – Merced, CA

This role provides exposure to a diverse litigation practice, including:

Business disputes

Commercial litigation

Trust & estate litigation

Real estate matters

What You'll Do

Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery documents

Handle depositions, hearings, and client communications

Collaborate with experienced litigators on complex matters

Gain courtroom and potential trial experience early in your career

Develop trusted relationships with local businesses and individuals
