Logistics Operator-Job description Summary of Position: Loading finished product in bags or vehicles.

Inspect and load bulk vehicles including railcars and trucks according to Evonik procedures and prepare these vehicles for shipment.

Pack out finished products in bulk bags and properly store them in the warehouse.

Essential Functions, Duties and Tasks: Inspection and preparation of vehicles for finished product loading.

Loading railcars, bulk trucks and bulk bags with finished product.

Sampling of finished product.

Properly filling out all documentation.

Forklift operations and inspections.

Rail car mover operations and inspections.

Scale checks.

Rail switching operations.

Warehouse operations.

Plant and warehouse housekeeping.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Ability to adhere to stick to strict quality standards.

Great attendance record.

Ability to work in a variety of situations.

Ability to take direction and work independently.

Desire to work rotating 12-hour shifts.

Education, Experience, and Minimum Requirements: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent Must have a valid state drivers license Must have a good sense of balance and maintain three points of contact Ability to work indoors and outdoor in various weather conditions.

Must be able to work at heights approximately 15 feet above the ground.

Carrying 50 lb.
