Key Responsibilities:
Engage internal clients through both inbound and outbound phone communications
Serve as the primary point of contact, providing ongoing support throughout the account opening process and full account lifecycle
Deliver consistent, world-class service to internal stakeholders
Build and maintain strong relationships while offering solutions aligned with internal policies and procedures
Identify, address, and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
Demonstrate adaptability and maintain high performance in a fast-paced, evolving environment
