There is an immediate opening for a new team member. The successful applicant will be working with the executive team and interacting with existing clients and new relationships with room to expand role.

Who We’re Looking For

Experienced Advisor/Paraplanner: 5+ years serving HNW clients in an RIA or planning-focused setting.

Credentialed Pro: CFP® or relevant designations a plus

Entrepreneurial Mindset: Interested in growth, influence, and long-term equity.

Initial Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Facilitating exceptional service experience for clients including onboarding via our “white glove” service model

Assisting in the preparation and follow-up for client meetings; including required paraplanning

Conduct plan reviews

Cultivating and expanding existing client relationships through verbal and written communications

Execute, process and reconcile trading and other investment related transactions

Facilitating daily client service activities

Maintaining and updating tasks/processes as well as client files and notes

Requirements:

Commitment to excellence and the highest level of integrity

Familiarity with investment terms, financial concepts, and business communication

Good office manner and excellent written/oral communication skills are essential; the position requires working with clients/prospects over the phone and in person.

The ideal candidate is an experienced, reliable individual with strong organizational skills, is able to prioritize and manage their work, multi-task, think on their feet and possess the flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances

Ability to independently follow through on all tasks and projects-until they are completely resolved

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines as workload demands

Ability to handle client concerns effectively, courteously and with compassion

4 Year College Degree

Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite and financial planning concepts and suitability

SIE, Series 7 and 66 required (must be obtained within three months of employment)

Knowledge of the Aviation Industry will also receive strong consideration as well as experience in the financial services and/or customer service industry

Compensation will be commensurate with experience. $100k base salary plus bonus structure and path to profit sharing partnership and firm ownership. Support for additional licensing/certifications available. Opportunity to expand role in the company and grow with us!
