Software Developer with Security Clearance

PWS Title: Software Developer Location: Fully remote Clearance Type: Public Trust Responsibilities: * Assist with troubleshooting M365 IRWorks incident and tasks tickets (Priority 1 - Priority 4) * Assist with monitoring performance and usage of Dataverse environments, including optimizing data models, monitoring resource utilization, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

* Assist with establishing and configuring Power Platform environments, including setup, configuration, and maintenance within a tenant.

* Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users encountering Copilot, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate issues.

* Assist with monitoring M365 services and end user data retention requirements.

* Extensive working knowledge of SharePoint Online Administration.

* Support, configure, and maintain tenant and backup solutions for OneDrive.

* Assist with developing scripts as needed to support OneDrive features.

* Assist with creating and maintaining reference materials - FAQs, knowledge articles, iTrain.

* Assist with coordinating and conducting multiple Proofs of Concept and Pilot Testing.

* Ensure all processes, plans, schedules, and other written documents are completed timely.

* Provide bi-weekly status reports that encompasses schedule, M365 deliverables for each tool, action items, risks, mitigations, escalations, accomplishments, and closures.

* Provide a monthly consolidated status report that provides the overall health of the M365 team.

Qualifications Required Qualifications: * Minimum 5 years' experience supporting Microsoft 365 (M365) Cloud Based Suite in a large corporate/government environment.

* Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate). * Strong .NET development skills (C#, ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, CSS). * Proficiency in creating PowerShell scripts.

* Knowledge of the Exchange, Intune, Azure AD, Azure ecosystem.

* Experience with Microsoft 365 development and SharePoint Administration.

* Experience developing PowerApps model.

* Experience customizing SharePoint lists and disparate systems with PowerApps.

* Experience managing user permissions, data retention, and compliance settings.

* Knowledge and experience with Copilot for Power Apps, Copilot for Power Automate, and AI Builder.

* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to entire M365 cloud platform and AvePoint Online Services.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technologies and technical business concepts to multiple audiences.

* Ability to establish and maintain effective business unit relationships.
