Senior DevSecOps Engineer with Security Clearance

Description We're looking for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to help design, build, and maintain modern, scalable web applications.

You'll work alongside a small, high-performing engineering team on projects that combine React or Angular front-ends, Node.js or Python backends, PostgreSQL databases, and AWS infrastructure.

Responsibilities: * Develop, test, and deploy full stack web applications using modern frameworks and languages * Build clean, reusable, and well-documented front-end components (React, Angular, or similar) * Design and implement RESTful APIs or similar endpoints using Node.js or Python (FastAPI, Flask, etc.) * Integrate and optimize PostgreSQL or other relational databases * Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using GitLab (or equivalent) for automated builds, testing, and deployments * Collaborate with other engineers to design scalable architectures and improve DevSecOps practices * Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical design discussions * Support integration and deployment in AWS environments Qualifications Education Requirements: * Must possess a Bachelors degree and five (5) years' experience; Additional six (6) years' experience can be considred in lieu of degree (per contract vehicle) Clearance Requirements: * Must possess an active Secret security clearance; US Citizenship required Required: * 1-3 years of experience with AWS * 1-3 years of experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) * 3-5 years of professional experience in full stack web development * Proficiency with React (or Angular/Vue) and TypeScript or similar tools * Experience with Node.js and/or Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Express) or similar tools * Solid understanding of SQL and relational database design (PostgreSQL preferred) * Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD or similar build/deploy pipelines * Working knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, or CloudFormation) * Strong debugging, testing, and version control practices
