Tour Executive

One of our prestigious clients in Colombo, Sri Lanka is looking for a dynamic Tour Executives to join their team immediately.

SALARY: Negotiable

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan, organize, and coordinate tours for clients.

Provide detailed travel information and assist clients with bookings and itineraries.

Communicate with hotels, transport providers, and other service vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

Promote tour packages and upsell additional services.

Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client information.

Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.

REQUIREMENTS:

Previous experience in tourism, travel, or hospitality is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of local and international destinations is an advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems is preferred.
