Location: Columbus, OH Field-Based Travel Required

$18/hr starting pay Full Benefits Split & Rotating Shifts

Join Functional Training Services as a Community Job Coach, helping individuals with disabilities succeed in meaningful employment across Central Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about inclusion, coaching, and community impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Visit job sites to coach participants in real-time work situations

• Ensure clients understand and meet job expectations

• Support participants with workplace navigation, skill-building, and advocacy

• Track and report service outcomes and hours

• Collaborate with internal staff and local employers

• Follow all service documentation and reporting procedures

Who You Are:

• Motivated, reliable, and people-centered

• Strong communicator with time-management skills

• Comfortable with documentation and multitasking

• Able to commute throughout the service area

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• 1–2 years of experience in human services, education, or customer-facing roles

• Reliable transportation + valid Ohio driver’s license

• Clean BCI/FBI background check

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Eligible to work in the U.S.
