Cypress Automation Testing QA

Experience in credit rating (Structured Finance Domain) is a must. Min 10 years of relevant experience is required. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Test Automation Developer with hands?on experience in Cypress and TypeScript to join our QA Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable, maintainable, and high?performance test automation frameworks, while ensuring data integrity through SQL?based validations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain end?to?end test automation using Cypress with TypeScript

Collaborate with developers and QA engineers to define test strategies and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines

Create and manage modular, reusable test components for UI and API testing

Perform SQL?based data validations to ensure backend accuracy and consistency

Analyse test results, identify root causes, and work with teams to resolve issues

Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives

Continuously improve test coverage, performance, and reliability of automation suites

Required Skills

Proven expertise in Cypress and TypeScript

Working knowledge of SQL with ability to support and troubleshoot existing queries

Strong analytical thinking and problem?solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
