YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage external and CIF catalogues for L-Bay and LMon.
Answer business-related questions from suppliers during e-catalogue project.
Plan, manage, and conduct system & user acceptance testing.
Support supplier communication and change management.
Act as a point of contact for suppliers, category managers and G&E.
Report on catalog enablement status to category managers, G&E, COE eConnectivity and other key stakeholders.
Act as knowledge expert on SAPAriba Catalog Management (P2O).
Co-ordination of the master data update.
Alignment with eConnectivity team for e-ordering and e-invoicing part on their scope.
Participation on the Catalogues calls.
WHO YOU ARE
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or equivalent education.
At least 4 years of professional experience in procurement and/or accounts payable processes.
Experience working with XML documents (Preferred).
Experience in international projects or teams.
Advanced English proficiency.
Knowledge of e-Commerce (esp. e-Catalogs) sector would be an added advantage.
Good IT understanding and passion for technology and systems.
Effective self-management.
Proactive and detail oriented.
Communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated analytical decision-making skills.
