Project Manager for local established GC

The Role

HEALTHCARE PROJECT EXP NEEDED

We're seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You'll be the key liaison between clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams-ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion

Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and owners to resolve issues

Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control

Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative team environment

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in construction project management

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)

OSHA 30 certification preferred
