Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Management Trainee – Telesales to support our sales operations. The role involves handling enquiries generated through various portals, following up with customers, preparing quotations, and coordinating order follow-ups to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
•Generate and manage sales enquiries from different online portals (IndiaMART,n website leads, Chatboard, etc.)
•Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers for product promotion and follow-ups
•Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and pending orders regularly
•Prepare and share quotations as per customer requirements
•Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery status
•Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and sales data
•Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
•Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
•Prepare daily and weekly sales follow-up reports
•Assisting seniors in sales work.
Skills & Requirements
•Graduate in any Discipline.
•0–2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer handling
•Good communication and negotiation skills
•Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and customer interaction
•Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
•Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
•Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and team-oriented approach
