Salary: $70,000- $80,000+ depending on experience

Key Responsibilities (Accounts Payable Manager): Accounts Payable Supervisor

Manage the full Accounts Payable lifecycle; invoice receipt, coding, Accounts Payableprovals, and payment processing.

Maintain accurate vendor records; ensure W-9s, insurance certificates, and compliance documentation are up to date; resolve vendor inquiries.

Compliance & Controls: Enforce internal controls to prevent duplicate or unauthorized payments; ensure adherence to state/federal regulations including sales/use tax, retention, lien waivers, and prevailing wage requirements.

Qualifications (Accounts Payable Manager): Accounts Payable Supervisor

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - or equivalent experience preferred.

5+ years of Accounts Payable experience preferred
