We are looking for a PT or FT CBD Consultant to join our dynamic Washington, DC team!

Responsibilities

Assist customers with product questions and item selections

Handle customer checkout and return process

Monitor the sales floor to ensure that product displays are organized and easy to navigate

Assist with inventory and stocking shelves

Interact professionally with customers, and commit to making recommendations based on an overall understanding of customer needs and product knowledge

Strive to achieve personal and store sales and productivity goals

Handle cash in accordance with District Hemp Botanicals policy and procedures

Maintain optimal visual standards in accordance with District Hemp Botanicals policy and procedures

Own product knowledge through continuous research on nutritional, wellness, and hemp trends during downtime

Work both independently and with teams, while prioritizing work duties with minimal supervision

Perform different job duties as they arise

Qualifications

Must be available to work weekends

Must be able to maintain availability for 90 days at a time

Experience in a retail or customer service role

Knowledge of best retail practices

Willingness and ability to learn about industrialized hemp products

Outstanding interpersonal communication skills

Experience using a POS system

Ability to lift packages, 10-30 lbs

Prior Cannabis experience is preferred, but not required
