Direct Support Professional / Personal Attendant

Location: Van Nuys, Sherman Oaks, North Hollywood, North Hills, Granada Hills, Northridge, Studio City, Encino, surrounding areas!

Full-Time & Part-Time $20.00/hour

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll support adults with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities—empowering them to reach their goals, make choices, and live with dignity What You'll Do:

Your responsibilities will vary based on the individual’s needs but may include:

Supporting individuals with daily living skills like cleaning, cooking, and budgeting.

Encouraging independence, hobbies, and social activities.

Helping people access and participate in community events.

Providing personal care (such as hygiene or bathing), lifting/transferring, or medication support if needed.

Following care plans and documenting progress.

Maintaining a warm, respectful, and professional presence. What We’re Looking For:

Compassionate, dependable individuals with a person-first mindset.

Willingness to support others with dignity and respect, even during challenging moments.

Weekend availability is highly desirable!

Valid driver’s license (if applicable for the shift).

CPR/First Aid/AED certification is a plus (we can help with training) Why Join PCS?
