Advantage Air is seeking a dependable and motivated HVAC Install Helper to support our installation team with residential and HVAC system installations. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their skills in the HVAC trade while working alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities of our HVAC Install Helper:

Assist lead installers with the installation of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related HVAC equipment

Help fabricate, install, and seal ductwork

Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials

Maintain clean and organized job sites

Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Work effectively as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently

Represent Advantage Air professionally with customers and coworkersRequirements:

Requirements for HVAC Install Helper:

EPA Section 608 Universal Certification

High school diploma or GED preferred

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor

Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
